1) all passengers are of legal drinking age
2) no open containers leave the vehicle for any reason for the duration of the reservation
3) passengers provide their own alcohol, as we are restricted by law from supplying alcohol to our customers.

No, we don't allow smoking on any of our vehicles. We do, however, allow unlimited stops during the course of the reservation, so if you need a smoke break, just ask your driver to make a stop.
